Wild Mint Arts delivers workshops, performances, and classes with Indigenous performing artists locally and from around the world. Based in Cochrane, Alberta with a longstanding history of working and supporting in the southern interior of BC.

Wild Mint Arts presents “It’s Powwow Time!” , a new show which includes exciting excerpts from their kid shows Nimihitowin! and iiyíkihkaohsit (dance with fervor). Hoop Dance, Team Dancing, Fancy Shawl, and other First Nations prairie powwow culture is brought up close and personal.

This beautiful land on which we gather, play and live, is the ancestral, traditional and unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) peoples, who have been here for thousands of years.
