**Festival Buddy ticket donors agree that Ha Ha Ha Kidzfest will have sole discretion at the distribution of these tickets in partnership with the support of other local organizations. Every attempt will be made to find appropriate recipients for all donated tickets. If Festival Buddy donations exceed the need in a given year, the board of directors my choose to either reserve these funds for a future festival year or redirect the remaining funds to directly offest the cost of current festival programming in order to keep the event accessible for our entire community.
