Kidzfest Story Parade – HaHaHa Penticton Kidzfest

Join us for our first-ever Kidzfest Parade on Saturday, June 8th!

Children and families are encouraged to dress up as one of your favourite story characters and celebrate with us.

Decorated wagons and strollers are welcome.

Consider a family/group costume for even more fun!

Parents/caregivers must remain with their child throughout the parade.

Spectators are encouraged to remain on the promenade or neighbouring green space as Lakeshore Drive remains open to traffic.

The first 50 children pre-registered by June 1st and participating in the parade will receive a FREE wristband to enter the festival following the parade. (Parents and caregivers will need to purchase their festival ticket in advance after April 1st or at the gate.)

8:45 am – Check-in and Marshalling at Northeast corner of Lakawanna Park.

9:00 am – Walking Parade proceeds along the Okanagan Lake Promenade towards the Kidzfest festival site at Gyro Park.

1. No Motorized Vehicles.
2. Strollers and wagons are welcome on our walking parade.
3. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of entrant must be present during and after the Kidzfest Story Parade.
4. No food or glass bottled drinks during the Kidzfest Story Parade.
5. Costumes must be family-friendly. No weapons will be permitted.
6. Participants assume their own risk in participating in the event. The organization, staff, volunteers, or other representatives of Ha Ha Ha Kidzfest Society will not be held liable in the case of injury, harm, damage or loss.
